Metallic outer case painted with epoxy resin. Inner chamber in mirror stainless steel. Adjustable temperatures from 40º C to 300º C. Resolution: 0.1ºC. Fluctuation of the temperature: ± 1ºC. Temperature regulation by microprocessor with functions like over-temperature protection, sensor fault alarm, fixed temperature operation, timing function (0-9999 min), correction of deviation, internal parameter locked, etc. Homogeneity and temperature stability: ± 2.5%. Adjustable feet to facilitate the installation and leveling of the oven. Door with 180º opening window with double thermal safety glass for external control, without temperature variations in the inner chamber. Forced air convection. Standard fan switch that allows to work with natural convection (except for DOVF-230-001 oven, which does not have a fan switch). Easy to clean. Supplied with two grid trays adjustable in height (can accept more trays, see table). 220-240 V / 50-60 Hz. Warranty 2 years
