Process to follow In case of failure

A technician will call you to diagnose the fault with you, then try to resolve it with the help of your maintenance department, via remote troubleshooting (30% of cases).

In the event of failure, it triggers an intervention on your site from our teams based in Paris, Bordeaux, or Lausanne, depending on their availability.

Average response time 48 hours, maximum 72 hours. The after-sales service basis for calculating our travel costs for repairing your device depends on your location.

Our team of technicians accounts for half of our workforce. We maintain the equipment we sell by committing, if necessary and under contract, to intervention times. We also operate in risky environments (S2 or S3 type).

We intervene on call on all the devices we have sold, by remote troubleshooting with Augmented Reality first, to limit your costs, then physically if the problem is not resolved.

In general, our response time (excluding maintenance contract with guaranteed deadline) is 72 hours.

Maintenance sous contrat

Maintenance.
Under contract

A large part of our activity consists of maintaining the fleet of machines purchased by our customers since the origin of the company.

By following the recommendations of our manufacturers, we are able to make your equipment last well beyond the depreciation periods: some of our autoclaves and climatic chambers still give very good results after more than 20 years of good and loyal service.

Our maintenance contracts include a level of service (guaranteed response time) which is chosen by the customer when signing the contract. Our technicians are regularly trained directly by manufacturers on new products.
