This equipment is produced in Germany by EVOQUA, a global player in water production.
They allow you to get the water quality and flow you need in your laboratory, from the most basic needs, to the most stringent requirements like tissue culture or pyrogen-sensitive applications.
Ion exchange cartridges are the simplest system: very practical, very robust, adapted to a wide range of uses and flow rates, EVOQUA ion cartridges are used in microbiology, electronics, for optics, semiconductors, pharmacy, chemistry, hospitals and clinics, in the glass industry, food industry, etc.
PROTEGRA reverse osmosis equipment makes it possible to meet all pure water needs in an eco-responsible manner. Laboratory, medical and industrial applications require pure water in different qualities and quantities. The Protegra CS™ RO Series produces pure water for a wide variety of applications by reversing the natural osmosis process to demineralize water in an environmentally friendly manner. Pure water produced by reverse osmosis can be used in many laboratories – for rinsing laboratory glassware or as feed water to autoclaves, climatic cabinets and ultrapure water systems.
The Protegra CS RO series focuses on economic efficiency, combining a compact design with high quality components and intelligent controls. The quality of pure water produced depends on the quality of the input water entering the system.
The Protegra CS RO series is designed to produce large quantities of purified water with conductivity values depending on the salt content of the feed water (e.g. 1000 S/cm tap water: <20 S / cm of product water).
The deionization rate is at least 98%. Additional equipment, such as different tank sizes and pressure pumps, can be added to the plant according to individual customer needs. The system can, for example, be set up as a water treatment plant in a building and supplemented with accessories to form a closed circuit pipeline.
All systems are equipped with an RS 232 interface.
The PROTEGRA RO/EDI systems are additionally equipped with an electro-deionization system to obtain qualities of deionized water similar to that obtained with water cartridges, but for a higher flow rate, and a much less use of consumables (ion exchange resins)
The ULTRA-CLEAR or LABOSTAR ultra-pure water production systems (entry level) have a fixed and flexible distributor to bring water to your work. They provide the highest quality produced water for all critical areas of testing and research.
Glass touch screen with generous 7" and multi-color display for easy and quick operation.Easy to navigate by touching functional system components
Ultra Clear™ TP systems are designed to maximize space savings. Each system is equipped with state-of-the-art, cost-effective purification technology.
Water quality with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩcm and TOC level between 1-3 ppb far exceeds all reagent water quality standards including: ASTM Type 1, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type 1.
All systems that include UV oxidation, TOC(TM) monitoring and ultrafiltration produce the best possible water quality. These units provide RNase, DNase and DNA free water.
The systems are also capable of producing purified water with endotoxin levels <0.001 EU/mL. The distribution flow rate of ultrapure water is increased by 2 L/min. The high-resolution display shows water conductivity in μS/cm or resistivity in MΩcm with corresponding water temperature.
Cartridge changes are very simple and quick thanks to quick and easy access to spare parts. A single UV bulb is used for the oxidation of organic compounds and TOC measurement. The energy saving mode allows the user to program the operating cycles according to actual needs. Using a single UV lamp results in a much lower annual operating cost compared to the competition. A flexible remote dispenser allows the user to dispense water where it is needed.
A built-in automatic self-cleaning/sanitizing mechanism extends the life of the ultrafiltration module. Dispensing pure water is made easy by simply activating the valve lever. A continuous flow of pure water is achieved by simply placing the draw lever in the vertical position.
