JYSS BIO single-use bags and assemblies allow you to store, mix, transfer, sample, or dispense your biopharmaceutical fluids in a closed circuit. Delivered ready to use and configured according to your process (customizable), they reduce handling, preparation time, and the risk of cross-contamination.
They are manufactured with Renolit 9101 film. In the event of a long-term supply issue with this film, it can be replaced, with your approval, by JYSS BIO EB1596 film, which has the same certificates of conformity but is less well-known to European customers. This ensures the continuity of your business.
Blanc-Labo supports you in France and Switzerland to define a configuration tailored to your application: bag volume, film type, tubing, fittings, filters, sampling ports, and operating conditions.
Do you already have an assembly diagram? Send it to us.
We will assess its feasibility and propose a technical and commercial configuration.
Free samples may be available depending on the configuration.

Safe and reliable single-use storage bags (2D, 3D) from 5 mL to 2,000 L. Made with RENOLIT 9101 films, this range is used for the packaging, storage, and transport of liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. It is also suitable for the aseptic storage of culture media, biological samples, buffers, and other liquids of all sizes, as well as for collecting and feeding cellular fluids into bioreactors. It is an excellent backup source to secure your current, sometimes limited, supplies.

Blanc-Labo's single-use solutions cover the main fluid handling operations:
aseptic storage of culture media;
preparation and storage of buffers;
transfer of intermediate products;
feeding and harvesting of bioreactors;
liquid-liquid or solid-liquid mixing;
sampling;
dispensing of a fluid to multiple containers;
packaging and transport of biological fluids;
cell culture in bags;
viral inactivation and intermediate process operations.
Single-use storage bags are designed for the packaging, storage, and transfer of fluids used in pharmaceutical and biotechnological processes.
They can hold, in particular:
culture media;
buffer solutions;
intermediate products;
biological samples;
Harvesting solutions;
Feeding solutions;
Cell culture fluids.
2D formats are suitable for small to medium volumes and routine laboratory procedures.
3D formats are designed for larger volumes and can be installed in a tray, container, or support cart.
JYSS BIO mixing bags are available in closed versions with magnetic stirring or in open versions.
They are particularly well-suited for preparing:
Culture media;
Buffer solutions;
Process solutions;
Liquid-liquid mixtures;
Powder-liquid mixtures;
Solutions containing hydrated or hydrophobic particles.
The bags can be configured with a square or cylindrical shape depending on the mixing system used.
Certain configurations can also be designed for integration with existing mixing platforms in your laboratory or production unit.
JYSS BIO develops bags for single-use cell culture systems.
Depending on the bioreactor configuration, the bags can integrate the necessary process components:
feed lines;
gas lines;
harvesting lines;
vent filters;
sampling ports;
tubing;
fittings;
compatible sensors and measurement interfaces;
a stirring system adapted to the equipment.
These solutions are particularly suited to work with animal cells, recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines, cell therapies, and other bioprocesses requiring a closed environment.
A single bag is not always sufficient. The system's performance depends on the entire circuit in contact with the product.
JYSS BIO can create assemblies incorporating:
one or more bags;
platinum-vulcanized silicone tubing;
Thermoplastic TPE tubing;
PVC tubing depending on the application;
Quick-connect fittings;
Y, T, or cross fittings;
Diameter reducers;
Tri-Clamp sanitary fittings;
Luer fittings;
Sampling ports;
Ventilation filters;
Sterile connectors;
Clamps and disconnect devices.
Each assembly can be defined based on your drawing, bill of materials, or in consultation with our technical team.
Multi-pocket assemblies facilitate repeated sampling or dispensing operations.
They allow, for example:
several successive samplings without opening the process;
distribution of a batch between several pockets;
preparation of control samples;
supplying multiple pieces of equipment;
to reduce the number of connections made by the operator.
The bag volumes, tubing lengths, number of branches, and fitting types can be adapted to your installation.
JYSS BIO bags are manufactured, according to your choice, from either Renolit 9101 film or the 9-layer EB1596 film developed by JYSS for biopharmaceutical applications.
The choice of film and configuration must be confirmed based on the nature of the fluid, the contact time, the temperature, transport constraints, and the required level of documentation.
While European customers most often choose Renolit, which they are familiar with, both films are equivalent and allow JYSS to continue deliveries even in the event of supply constraints for Renolit.
All E&L (Extractables and Leachables) tests are performed by the Swiss General Surveillance Company (SGS).

A drawing, even a simple hand-drawn one, often allows us to move forward quickly.
The circuit is supplied pre-assembled according to a predefined configuration. This reduces manual assembly and repeated connections for the operator.
After use, the single-use components are removed. This eliminates the need to clean and sterilize a tank or fixed line for the operation in question.
The product comes into contact with a new circuit for each batch. This approach is particularly advantageous in multi-product units or during frequent campaign changes.
Single-use technologies shorten preparation phases between batches and increase equipment availability.
Diameters, lengths, fittings, filters, and sampling points can be defined according to your installation rather than adapting your process to a standard assembly.
