Vaccum seed counter

This very clever device facilitates the laborious counting which requires a lot of time and the homogeneous classification of seeds for germination. It is particularly suitable for smooth seeds with a regular shape, such as cereals, Brassica and Trifolium. The counter is made up of 3 parts: a vacuum system with connecting pipe, a series of counting heads corresponding to different seed types, and a valve to cancel the vacuum. The vacuum intensity can be modulated using a potentiometer. The counting heads with 100, 50 or 25 holes are a little smaller than the paper substrate, and they have an edge that prevents the seeds from falling out. The diameter of these boreholes is adapted to the size of the seeds and the suction power of the vacuum.

Device delivered as standard with 2 circular counting heads for herbs (100 holes of 0.7mm diameter), and clover (100 holes of 1mm).
