Sonics Sonicators and Atomizers
Extremely versatile, they can safely process a wide range of organic and inorganic materials with volumes ranging from a few microliters to several liters.
They are most often used for: sample preparation, dispersion, cell lysis, cell desegregation, homogenization, particle size reduction (especially during the production of nanoparticles), analysis of soil, trans-esterification (including biodiesel production), nanotechnologies (including nanoparticles and graphene dispersion), acceleration of chemical reactions, degassing and atomization.
Created in 1969, the SONICS company is a true expert in sonicators, with several patents to its credit. Its products are designed to deliver the right power and amplitude within the product during the process, even in the event of a variation in temperature or viscosity.
SONICS offers laboratory sonicators and atomizers for volumes from 0.2mL to 150 mL (VCS 130), 0.2mL to 1000 mL (VCX 500 and 750). For large volumes (1 to 10L) opt for the VCX1500 or 2500 .
