The air flow is automatically maintained at 0.45 m/s by compensating for filter clogging. Laminarity is ensured by placing lighting outside the chamber.
The window can only be in a safe position. This means no sliding of the window to wear or split the seal and a gas spring keeps the window firmly closed (or open for easy access cleaning). An optional closure support with UV light is controlled by a timer preset to 15 minutes for sterilization. Recycling the majority of the air guarantees maximum lifespan for HEPA filters.
White walls for glare-free brightness, rounded corners to ensure easy cleaning, an armrest for long working periods without blocking air inlets and the low noise level make the MN station a pleasant work tool. The electronics compartment is located outside the contaminated area.
